3-day refund window
You can request a refund within 3 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 10% of the course lessons. We process eligible refunds within 5 working days.
How to request a refund
- Go to your orders.
- Reply to the order confirmation email or contact us with the order number and reason.
- We will review and respond within 1 business day.
What we refund to
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank processing usually takes 5–7 working days after we issue the refund.
Non-refundable
- Courses where more than 10% of lessons have been completed.
- Purchases older than 3 days.
- Bundle / coupon-based purchases unless explicitly stated at checkout.
