Description

What you'll learn

A beginner-friendly, 30-day roadmap that takes you from AI-anxious to confidently using AI for real tasks in your work and life. Spend 10–20 minutes a day; every lesson is a short read with a hands-on exercise and copy-paste prompts. Every week deliberately balances capability (what AI can do) with judgment (when and how to trust it).

The 4 weeks + capstone

  1. Week 1 — Foundations & First Contact (Days 1–7) — what AI actually is, getting set up, your first real conversation, the anatomy of a good request, treating it as a conversation, and spotting when it's wrong.
  2. Week 2 — AI in Everyday Life (Days 8–14) — writing help, AI as a thinking partner, learning anything, getting organized, research and summarizing, everyday problem-solving, and building your personal use-case list.
  3. Week 3 — Leveling Up (Days 15–21) — prompting like a pro, giving AI your files, voice and images, web search, memory and personalization, judging the output, and privacy and safety.
  4. Week 4 — Making It Yours (Days 22–28) — repeatable workflows, AI at work, running a real project end-to-end, combining tools, avoiding over-reliance, staying current, and assembling your AI playbook.
  5. Capstone (Days 29–30) — run one full, meaningful task solo, then reflect on how far you've come and where to go next.

Who this is for

Format

Thirty daily lessons grouped into four weekly themes plus a capstone, with a "Before You Begin" orientation and a cumulative "Your Playbook" you build as you go.
